WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO WE ACCEPT?

All orders are processed when received and shipped out via USPS Flat Rate Shipping within 48-72hrs for in-stock orders.
Orders received after 12pm EST could be processed the next business day. While we process orders as promptly as possible please be advised that during holidays or high volume times, orders may take longer. Shipping service delivery time is from when your order is completed & ready to ship, not from when your order is placed. Lost or Stolen Packages – Cold Spring Apothecary cannot be held responsible for the following: delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control, carrier’s package delivery discretion, incorrect or incomplete addresses input by the customer on the original online order. Upon inquiry, Cold Spring Apothecary will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.

Due to the nature of our products we can NOT accept returns, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We strongly suggest trying samples first or contacting us to see which product will work best for you. Please keep in mind our products are natural and handmade, therefore may vary from batch to batch. We do not refund any shipping & handling charges.
