SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All orders are processed when received and shipped out via USPS Flat Rate Shipping within 48-72hrs for in stock orders.

Lost or Stolen Packages – Cold Spring Apothecary cannot be held responsible for the following: delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control, carrier’s package delivery discretion, incorrect or incomplete addresses input by the customer on the original online order.¬†Upon inquiry, Cold Spring Apothecary will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY:

Your business is important to us! At Cold Spring Apothecary excellent customer service is our number one concern. This includes double checking your order and packaging everything carefully. Occasionally accidents do happen. If your order arrives damaged or missing an item please let us know right away so that we may correct the problem. If a product is not in good condition when it arrives to you, please contact us with your order number and return the damaged goods, we will replace the product immediately.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY,CONT’D:

Due to the nature of our products we can NOT accept returns. We strongly suggest trying samples first or contacting us to see which product will work best for you. Sorry, but we DO NOT offer cash/money back refunds, so please do not ask. Cold Spring Apothecary strives to make your shopping experience a happy one, if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us. We ask that you please provide your order information and we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss store credit or exchange options, if applicable. We do not refund shipping & handling charges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

CUSTOM BLEND / LABEL INFO:

**Please note all custom blend orders require up to a week for processing and shipping. Fragrances may take even longer depending on the individual scent requests. There are no returns/refunds for customized blends once the product is made. While we carry a vast array of essential oils we can not guarantee every oil is in stock. Should we not be able to fulfill your request we will contact you immediately to make other arrangements/refunds.

CUSTOM BLEND / LABEL INFO, CONT’D:

While we will work with you and do our best to create a blend or fragrance you request, we can not be held responsible for requests made in error. Therefore we recommend when requesting a certain essential oil you already be knowledgeable of the scent and use of that oil. We are also glad to describe and discuss the notes of any oils with you. ***To Re-Order a Custom Blend, just add the “Custom Blend” fee to your order and in the “Note to seller” section during check out enter your batch # and Initials.

It’s always a good idea to test your skin to check for a reaction from any new products that you are going to use on your skin. Apply a small amount of the new product to clean skin on the inside of your elbow or wrist. Cover with a bandage and leave for 24 hours. If a rash or redness appears, discontinue use of product.

**Our custom blends are made by hand and to ensure the customer satisfaction we ask that you allow a week for all custom orders to be processed. Should for any reason you need to expedite a custom order, please let us know and we will try to handle each order on a case by case basis. Please note that COLD SPRING APOTHECARY DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY CUSTOM ORDERS EARLIER THAN ONE (1) WEEK.
